Can my family access my records via the electronic health records portal?

You may choose to give family members, such as parents or healthcare proxies, access to your Portal.

Where is my registration email?

It may take the system a few minutes to deliver your registration email.  If more than 10 minutes has passed, be sure to check your spam folder. If you continue having problems, call us at (706) 278-0138 and we can send you new credentials, and you can verify your identity after you log in.

What do I do if I waited more than 30 days to activate my account?

No problem. Just contact our office and we will send you a new registration email.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

After attempting to login, click the “forgot password” link and follow the instruction to rese your password. Or call our office if the problem persists.
